Originally founded as a Real Estate Development Company in 2020, we shifted our index to short term rentals after seeing the huge influx of domestic travelers at the start of COVID-19.

We have partnered with residential landlords to alleviate any vacancies.

We manage all of our short, mid, and long term rentals with the same love, attention, and customer service.

SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Insurance

We carry an up to $1M insurance policy on top of our recurring maintenance to protect against any mishaps, so if something does happen, it's insured.

Full Service Management

We handle all clientele questions and interactions, making sure there are sufficient background checks with each client, as well as no smoking, and no pets (unless allowed).

All reservations, check ins, check outs, cleanings, maintenance, and guest interactions are monitored by our staff.

Trust and Safety

Ring Video cameras are installed at the entrance of each unit monitoring 24/7.

Noise detectors devices are installed inside each unit which sends an alert to our local on-site support staff if the noise exceeds a certain dB level.

Smart locks are installed on each door. A new code is generated for each guest and codes are deleted upon checkout.

Furnishing

Have your property always move-in ready.

We will furnish your home to accentuate it's finest features. Along with that, we have an extensive portfolio of properties and looks to choose from.
